The Consent Team Process:

The flowchart below describes the process by which a consent report is handled.

The Consent Team Process

The form below can be used to report any violations of the Code of Conduct, toward yourself or anyone else, to the Consent team.

Please note that all contact info is OPTIONAL. You are not obligated to identify yourself in any way and any personal information you provide will be held in the strictest confidence.

The Consent Team will move forward through the response process outlined in the flowchart above if:

  1. The Reporting Party wants aid.

  2. The Reporting Party was directly involved.

  3. The incident occurred at Mosaic Experiment (with limited exceptions).

If a report does not meet the above criteria, the information will be recorded and may be referenced to inform related reports.  All Mosaic Experiment event leads and Consent Team members have their nominations evaluated against all recorded consent reports before they can be considered for a position.

Online reports are NOT checked during the event and cannot be guaranteed to be checked during the two weeks just prior to the event.

During the event a Consent Team member is always “on call.”  If you are in need of help from the Consent Team you can ask a ranger or anyone with a radio to contact the “on call” Consent Team member for you.  You may also submit a written report to the consent report drop box located at the first aid station, which will be checked twice daily.
