Registrations and Early Entry Requests Now Open!

Registrations are open!

Theme Camps, Art Installations you want featured on the Placement Map, RV/Car Camping, & Fire all need to be registered with us to make sure we reserve enough space for you out on the Razorgrass.

We're also accepting applications for Early Entry if you've got a large theme camp that will take extra time to set up. Participants with mobility needs can also use this form to request early entry as an accommodation.

Volunteers who sign up for shifts before the event to help us set up, will receive Early Entry without needing to fill out the form. Speaking of which, all of our volunteers will receive a voucher for a meal prepared by our amazing Kitchen Possums over in DPW, so if you have any food allergies or dietary needs, make sure to fill out the Allergens and Dietary Needs for Volunteer Shifts form so we can make sure your meal is one that will agree with you.

All forms can be found at https://mosaic.volunteeripate.com/permit-applications and are available to be filled out after you've purchased your ticket to the event, but don't delay, Registrations and Early Entry requests will be closing at midnight on September 16th.
